How it starts
What the first day and the first week look like
The order things happen in, and roughly how long each part takes. Written so that nothing about the timing is a surprise.

The order it happens in
The first hour
You answer the questions, read them back, and send them. One of us reads what you sent and writes to you. Nothing is connected yet and no money has moved.
The first day
She is set up in the messaging app you chose, and says hello from it. You talk to her the way you talk to anyone else in that app — there is nothing to install and no dashboard to learn.
The first week
You connect the accounts she needs, one at a time, in a short call with one of us. Each connection is a separate yes, and stopping after the first one is a normal thing to do.
After the first week
She has heard enough of your week to stop asking about it. Follow-ups and record entries start arriving as drafts, and each one waits in a queue for you.
What decides the pace
How quickly she becomes useful is mostly about how much you tell her in the first few days. A week of ordinary messages teaches her more than an hour of setup would.
The connections are the slow part, and deliberately so: each one is a consent screen with a scope on it, and we would rather you read that screen than click past it.
When a step needs us, we answer inside your working hours. A reply from a person takes up to two business days, and usually much less.
That is the whole timetable
No week is hidden behind this one. If your own is busier than the one described here, say so and we work around it.
