What Rumi does
Every capability, labeled by what works today and what does not yet. Anything marked coming soon is a plan, not a feature — it is here so you know where this is going, not so the list looks longer.

Talk instead of typing
Send her a voice note — in Farsi, Spanish, English or whichever language you speak. She understands it, answers, and can give you the main points. Her reply comes back as a voice note too.
- You
- Voice note, 0:41 — the walkthrough you just did with a new client.
- Rumi
- Main points: they want the quote by Friday, budget around $18k, and they'd rather text than call.
Ask her what's in your inbox
Ask for a brief and she reads your mail back to you — what needs you, what can wait. Her connection to your mail is read-only: it can read and summarize, and it holds no permission to send or change anything.
- You
- What's in my inbox this morning?
- Rumi
- Three need you: the city's permit question, your supplier's invoice, and a new enquiry from the website. The rest can wait.
A new lead comes in. She drafts the follow-up.
A new lead arrives, she writes the follow-up, you read it and say yes, and then it goes out. Nothing reaches a customer before you approve it — that step is enforced in the database, not by a house rule.
- You
- New lead off the website — kitchen remodel, wants a quote.
- Rumi
- Saved, and here's a follow-up in your voice. It goes out after you approve it.
She remembers your people
Tell her once — the supplier who is always late, how you like a quote worded, who your regulars are — and she keeps it. No forms, no fields, no setting anything up.
- You
- What did we quote the Nazari job?
- Rumi
- $14,200, sent March 3rd, two weeks lead time. They asked twice about the tile.
The small questions, in the same chat
Weather before a site visit, what's on the calendar you connected, a place, a flight time, something you need looked up. The five apps you were about to open.
- You
- Is it going to rain in Woodland Hills tomorrow?
- Rumi
- Dry all day, high of 78. Your 10am walkthrough is still on your calendar.
Snap a photo of a business card
She'll save the contact for you, with the job they asked about. Coming soon — this one is not built yet, so it is here as a plan and nothing more.
- You
- Photo of a business card from this morning's expo.
- Rumi
- Saved to your contacts, with a note about the job they asked about.
