How you leave
What you pay, when it starts, and how you stop
The part most sites bury. When the first charge lands, how cancelling works, and what you take with you if you go.
When the first charge lands
No charge until the date shown before you confirm. Cancel before then and nothing is taken.
The date is on the screen where you confirm, and in the message we send you afterwards. It is the same date in both places, and it is not in a footnote.
The prices sit on the plans page beside the terms that apply to each one, which is why they are not restated here — one page owning a number is how the number stays right.
How to cancel
Cancel through the billing portal, ask her in the thread, or write to us. Whichever you pick, you get a plain confirmation that names the date it ends on.
She stays with you until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no exit fee, no notice period, and no call to sit through first.
What you take with you
Everything she has written down about your work is yours: the notes, the lead records, the summaries. Ask for it and we send it in a form you can open without us.
Ask us to delete it instead and we do that, and we tell you when it is done rather than leaving you to assume it.

What we will not pretend about
Whether you can pay on this site today depends on a switch that is not a marketing page's to flip, so nothing here promises you a checkout this afternoon.
What is promised is smaller and firmer: a person answers, and no money moves before you have seen the date it would move on.
That is the whole of the money
Nothing about billing is kept on a page you would have to go looking for. If a term here is not what you expected, tell us before you start.
