What she may do
What each connection grants
Every ability she has comes from a connection you approved, and each one grants a specific, listed thing. This page is the list, in the order you would be asked.
One row per connection
The messaging app
She reads the messages you send her in your own thread, and answers them there.
That thread is the whole of it. The connection reaches no other conversation in the app, and no group you have not put her in.
Your mail
It can read your mailbox and summarize it, so she can answer questions about what is waiting.
The grant is read-only: it holds no permission to send, delete or change anything. That is a property of how it is allowed to connect, not a promise.
Your calendar
It can read the calendar you connected, so she can tell you what is coming and when.
The same read-only grant covers it. Nothing on that calendar gets moved, created or cancelled through this connection.
Your files
It can find a document in the folders you connected and read what is inside it.
Read-only again. No file is edited, moved, shared or deleted through this connection.
Your lead records
She writes the record entry and drafts the follow-up that goes with it.
The draft is held in a queue until you approve it. Her own credential is not permitted to move a record into the approved state — only a human account can.
The one step that is not a permission
Anything that leaves your business — a reply to a customer, an entry in your lead records — is written as a draft and held. It goes out after you approve it.
That hold is enforced in the database rather than in a policy document, which is why it is the one thing on this page we are willing to call a guarantee rather than a commitment.
A draft, waiting for you
Draft's ready. It goes out after you approve it.
Something here that matters to your business and is not answered? Ask before you sign up rather than after.
Comfortable with the list?
The questions take a few minutes, and none of them connects anything. The consent screens come later, one at a time, with a person on the call.
