Text her the question and she reads your mail back to you — what needs you, what can wait, and what the city actually said about the permit.

She reads your inbox when you ask her to, and only then. Nothing is scheduled on your behalf — there is no standing job that briefs you before you have asked for it. Her connection to your mail is read-only: it can read and summarize, and it holds no permission to send, delete, or change anything.

  4. Sending the reply is still yours

    She can draft it. The connection to your mail is read-only, so putting it in front of the city is your move. Asking for a brief works today; a standing brief is not something we set up for you, so we do not say we do.
